Main Types of Competencies
Leadership Competencies
Leadership Competencies refers to a measurable expression of the qualities that make a good leader.
Functional
Functioning competencies also refer to skills or technical tasks that the employee can effectively perform.
Behavioural
The behaviour a person excels at, often affecting others, is a behavioural competency. For example, remaining calm under pressure is a behavioural competency.
