QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Quality Policy
What is a Quality Policy?
It is a document that will help you in giving directing convictions on how your organization is attempting to achieve quality through the frameworks they use. This should be done alongside the board and the top management, if at all possible. A quality strategy may include customized standards and activities, which a few organizations may need to change. Great quality strategies should begin with the responsibility of the Managing Director and how they mean to meet this responsibility.
Furthermore, this archive should host the needs of the client and interior gatherings like workers and investors. After the strategy has been settled upon and made, everyone should concentrate on putting it into practice. So, any statements that the organization does not firmly believe should be excluded.
