Kanban is another quality management tool originating in Japan from the manufacturing industry.

Kanban is a system that helps define, manage, and improve services for delivering knowledge work. The system enables you to visualize your work, maximize efficiency, and improve continuously.

The Japanese word “Kanban”, which means “visual board” or a “sign”, has been used in the sense of a method definition since the 1950s.

Using the Kanban method/ Kanban board in your organisation can :
