SHEQ = safety and health, environmental, quality management systems

HSEQ = health and safety, environmental, quality management systems

The terms QHSE, SHEQ, and HSEQ mean the same thing, however. QHSE, SHEQ, and HSEQ are all quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems. Though these acronyms represent various management systems, they are used differently by different countries.
