4.1. Understanding the context of the organisations involves internal and external issues:

4.2. Needs and expectations of workers and interested parties
- Define interested parties
- Define needs and expectations

4.3. Define the scope of the OHS management system
– After considering the identified issues in 4.1 and 4.2 is it time to define the scope of the OHS management system.
